  1. Q: What does the course include?
    A: The complete course includes the textbook, post-test, answer sheet, and return envelope. The (optional) additional test packet includes all of the above except for the extra book.


  2. Q: What score or percentage (%) is needed to pass the course?
    A: To successfully complete the course, a grade of 75% or better is required. This standard has been set by the American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT).


  3. Q: What happens if I don't pass the first time?
    A: We will send you new testing material along with a new answer sheet.


  4. Q: Have these courses been approved?
    A: Yes, all of our courses are approved by the ASRT for category A credits. The courses are also approved for the state of Illinois, Iowa, and Florida. If you have any additional questions regarding approval please call toll-free at 888-374-1112.


  5. Q: How long will it take to receive my course?
    A: All in stock courses are sent out within 24 hours via priority mail. The shipping time for priority mail is usually 2-3 days within the U.S.


  6. Q: How long will it take to receive my certificate?
    A: Certificates of completion are mailed within 24-48 hours upon receipt of your answer sheet. Please remember to allow for mailing time.


  7. Q: Do you notify the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)?
    A: No, we do not. The certificate of completion contains all the information necessary for filing out the renewal application which contains the continuing education report (FORM 9708).
